Let me start off with a picture of one of my favourite foods…..
I had this when I travelled to Japan last December. This syle of udon is called “Nabeyaki Udon”, which means udon served in a claypot. It is served piping hot, with a fried shrimp tempura on top. Posting this now makes me so hungry…
