What’s up everybody! Happy Sunday! 🙂
Today is a rainy day here in Singapore but there’s always space for dessert right? 😉
I had this dessert called Bingsu (korean shaved ice with toppings) in Myeongdong, Korea in a really popular shop along the shopping street.
Bingsu has been the rave for the past few years, and shops have been popping up even in Singapore for the past few years. It’s one big bowl of dessert, and is commonly shared among a few friends while talking. Of course, some prefer to eat one bowl by themselves, who am I to judge? 😋
What I ordered was Injeolmi Bingsu and Injeolmi Toast. I really love the rice cake bits that come with the bingsu. Eaten alongside with the condensed milk, damnn 😍
And the injeolmi toast….. the crispy bread and rice cake filling topped with syrup, soy bean powder and some almonds….. it’s literally perfection ❤️
If you have not tried bingsu, trust me you’ve got to try it at least once. Bring some friends to share and bond over one bowl of bingsu 🙂
For those who have tried bingsu before, let me know what do you think of it! Do you love it like me? 🙂
